Grooms Cottage
Grooms Cottage is rented on a weekly basis and can be extended to include facilities such as the swimming pool, gardens and party room. For occasions like filming, the British Grand Prix, or bespoke hire, the Hall and its grounds may be available. A nearby hotel, connected to the grounds, can accommodate guests’ staff.
In the shadow of the Hall sites this beautifully appointed cottage. With private access road and total privacy this beautiful property is surrounded by a courtyard and sits adjacent to the swimming pool. The accommodation includes two generously sized double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, sitting room, conservatory, cloakroom, dining room and a kitchen. For extra guests or added convenience, there is also a sofa double bed in one of the sitting rooms.
Grooms cottage has wifi fully enabled throughout and the function room can be included to host parties or meetings for up to 24 people. The function room is equipped with a large, wall-mounted plasma TV and can also function as a fully-equipped conference room with connected shower and toilet facilities.
In addition to the multi-purpose function room and heated outdoor swimming pool, we also offer the option to hire a gun room and gun dog kennels.
Stanwick Hall
The Hall is a family home that may occasionally be hired by private arrangement. The property features seven double bedrooms, two en-suite, two bathrooms, a sitting room, drawing room, dining room, snug and large modern kitchen. The cellars house a gym and laundry room.
Original features are preserved throughout the sympathetic renovation, complemented by modern technology and amenities.
